Elite is part of a group of recruitment companies owned by Nick Jesani-Lee and Miguel Vieira.
Nick and Miguel have spent a combined 19 years in executive selection, specialising in recruitment into the developing and emerging markets. They have jointly managed Elite for the last four years, during which time the group has significantly expanded its operations in Africa and the Middle East.
